Chairman of the Legislature, David B. Donaldson, and Minority Leader Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offer the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter for the County of Ulster: “ARTICLE XXXIV, Periodic Compensation Review Committee, § C-108. Establishment; membership; compensation, “There is hereby established a Periodic Compensation Review Committee for Ulster County. The Committee shall consist of five members of whom three members shall be selected by the County Legislature with at least one member from the party with the second most number of legislative members”; and

WHEREAS, two vacancies currently exist on the Periodic Compensation Review Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Chair and Minority Leader of the Legislature have requested that the Legislature appoint the below named individuals to fill the vacancies; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby appoints the following individuals to the Periodic Compensation Review Committee for the terms as indicated:
