Chairman of the Legislature, David B. Donaldson, offers the following:

 

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to be held pursuant to Section 141l(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York to consider the advisability of adoption of a resolution authorizing the sale and/or transfer of lands owned by the County located at Golden Hill that includes the former Ulster County Jail to a local development corporation; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature shall act in accordance with Section 141l(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York to cause a legal notice of said Public Hearing to be published; and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, that said Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 6:20 PM, in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, and/or via videoconference to the extent allowable pursuant to existing New York State legislation, or order and the Rules of the Ulster County Legislature,

 

and move its adoption.
