Chair of the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee, Eve Walter, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Ulster County Department of Social Services; and

WHEREAS, additional funds are needed in various departmental accounts to properly transfer State, Federal and other grant obligations for fiscal year 2021 and 2022 to allow processing and payment in the year 2022; and

WHEREAS,theCountyExecutivehasrequestedanamendmenttothe2022 UlsterCountyBudgettoallowforpaymentof2021 and 2022contractualobligations; now, therefore be it

            RESOLVED, that the 2022 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:

and moves its adoption.
