Chairman of the Legislature, David B. Donaldson, and Chairman of the Economic Development, Tourism, Housing, Planning, and Transit Committee, Brian Cahill, offers the following:

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to be held pursuant to Section 141l(d) of the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York to consider the advisability of adoption of a resolution authorizing the transfer of certain properties identified as Real Property Tax Section, Block, Lot (SBL) 48.7-1-29.110, 48.7-1-29.120, 48.7-1-29.130, 48.7-1-29.140, 48.7-1-29.150, 48.7-1-29.160, 48.7-1-29.170, 48.7-1-29.240, 48.7-1-29.250, 48.7-1-29.260, 48.7-1-29.270, 48.7-1-29.300, 48.7-1-29.400, 48.7-1-29.500, 48.7-1-29.600, 48.7-1-29.700, 48.7-1-29.800, 48.7-1-29.900, 48.7-1-29.279/2 from the County to the Ulster County Economic Development Alliance, Inc.; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature shall act in accordance with Section 141l(d) of the Not-for-Profit Law of the State of New York to cause a legal notice of said Public Hearing to be published; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that said Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 6:30 PM, in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, and/or via videoconference to the extent allowable pursuant to existing New York State legislation, or order and the Rules of the Ulster County Legislature,

and move its adoption.
