Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Eve Walter, and Deputy Chair Heidi Haynes offer the following:

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office is requesting that $5,000.00 in funds be appropriated from Revenue Misc. Local Source, (AA.3110.1818-3280.2770), to increase appropriations $5,000.00 for ORACLE Computer Equipment, (AA.3110.1818-2200.2200); and

          WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office received a check in the amount of $5,000.00 from Ellenville Regional Hospital to assist with ORACLE supplies and equipment allocated by a BJA Grant Ellenville Regional Hospital received for 2020; and

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office deposited the $5,000.00 check into revenue Miscellaneous Local Sources Unclassified Revenues, G/L AA.3110.1818-3280.2770; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the year 2021 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
