Chairman David B. Donaldson and Legislators Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. and John Parete, and Legislator Litts offer the following:
WHEREAS, Frederick J. Wadnola’s appointment on the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency expired on December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature has appointed Mr. Thomas Kacandesto the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency to fill the term as indicated below:

WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986, Ch. 936) requires that such appointments must be subject to the confirmation of the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the appointment of the individual as set forth above as a member of the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency,
and move its adoption.
