Chair of the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee, Eve Walter, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS,thisresolutionhasbeensubmittedat the request oftheCountyExecutiveon behalf of the Department of Health; and

WHEREAS,theCommissioner of HealthrequeststhattheChairofthe Ulster County Legislature be authorizedto execute a contract (Contract No. DOH01-C36965GG-3450000),andanyamendmentsthereto,withtheNewYorkStateDepartmentof Healthtosupport COVID19 Vaccine Response, fortheperiodJanuary 1,2021throughJune 30,2024,in the amount of $509,862.30; and

WHEREAS, in order to reflect this, an amendment of the 2022 budget is necessary; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED,thattheChairoftheUlsterCountyLegislatureisauthorized to execute a contract (Contract No. DOH01-C36965GG-3450000), and any amendmentsthereto,withthe NewYorkStateDepartmentofHealthtosupport COVID19 Vaccine Response, fortheperiodJanuary 1,2021throughJune 30,2024,in the amount of $509,862.30,in theformasfiledwiththeClerkoftheUlsterCountyLegislatureorasmodifiedwith theapprovaloftheCountyAttorney;and,beitfurther
