Minority Leader Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offers the following:

 

WHEREAS, John P. Quigley has been recommended by the Republican County Committee of the County of Ulster as a suitable and qualified person for the appointment to the office of Commissioner of Elections; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, pursuant to Election Law 3-204, that John P. Quigley, Kingston, New York, Republican Party, be reappointed as Election Commissioner, starting on the 1st day of January 2023, and ending on the 31st day of December 2024,

 

and move its adoption.
