Chairman of the Economic Development, Planning, Education, Employment, Arts and Agriculture Committee, Brian B. Cahill, and Deputy Chair Herbert Litts, III offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, a public hearing is required to be held pursuant to Section 1411(d) of the Not-For-Profit Law of the State of New York, to consider the advisability of adopting a resolution authorizing the sale and/or transfer of three (3) Easements across County owned property, being a portion of the former Ulster & Delaware Railroad Bed property located in the City of Kingston to the Ulster County Housing Development Corporation, Inc., a local development corporation; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that said public hearing will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 7:05 PM in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, and/or via videoconference to the extent allowable pursuant to existing New York State legislation, or order and the Rules of the Ulster County Legislature; and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature shall cause legal notice of said Public Hearing to be published according to law,   

                                                                                               

and moves its adoption.
