Chairwoman Tracey A. Bartels offers the following:

          WHEREAS, the terms of two current members on Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency, Lisa Mitten and Jo Ann Myers, expired on December 21, 2022; and

          WHEREAS, the Chair of the Ulster County Legislature, after consideration of the recommendation of the Energy and Environment Committee, has appointed the following individuals to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency for the terms as indicated below:

WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986, Ch. 936) requires that such appointments be subject to the confirmation of the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore be it

          RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the appointments of the individuals as set forth above as members of the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency,

and move its adoption.
