Chairman of the Economic Development, Tourism, Housing, Planning, and Transit Committee, Brian B. Cahill, Deputy Chair Herbert Litts, III, and Legislator Delaune offer the following:

          WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Trails Advisory Committee due to the resignation of David Toman; and

          WHEREAS, Chuck Reid has been recommended for appointment to serve on the Ulster County Trails Advisory Committee as a member representing the historical community; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster County Trails Advisory Committee completing a term to expire on December 31, 2021:
