Chairman of the Legislature, David B. Donaldson, Chairwoman of the Energy and Environment Committee, Manna Jo Greene, and Deputy Chair Mary Wawro offer the following:

WHEREAS, in 2009, the Soil and Water Conservation District Board voted to expand Board membership from five to seven members; and

WHEREAS, term expirations currently exist on the Soil and Water Conservation District Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the Soil and Water Conservation District be expanded to seven members; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the following individuals are hereby appointed/reappointed to the Soil and Water Conservation District Board:
