The Public Health and Social Services Committee (Chairman Lopez and Legislators Bruno, Criswell, Petit, and Uchitelle)

Chairman of the Public Health and Social Services Committee, Craig V. Lopez, and Deputy Chair Peter J. Criswell offer the following:

            WHEREAS, on October 19, 2020, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individual be reappointed to the Community Services Board and the Community Services Board’s PW/DD Subcommittee:

WHEREAS, the County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has reappointed the following individual to the Community Services Board and the Community Services Board’s PW/DD Subcommittee pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the term stated:

          WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore be it

          RESOLVED, that the above-named individual is hereby confirmed as a member of the Ulster County Community Services Board and the Community Services Board’s PW/DD Subcommittee for the term indicated,

and moves its adoption.
