Chairwoman of the Ways and Means Committee, Lynn Archer, and Deputy Chair Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offer the following:

            WHEREAS, this resolution is offered in compliance with New York Real Property Tax Law; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the tax rolls of the several Towns of Ulster County, as signed by the Chair and Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature are hereby ratified and confirmed, and the Collectors of said Towns are hereby directed to enforce the collection of taxes as required by law,

and move its adoption.
