Minority Leader Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. and Legislators Bruno, Corcoran, Fabiano, Haynes, Litts, Lopez, Maio, Roberts, and Wawro offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, John P. Quigley has been recommended by the Republican County Committee of the County of Ulster as a suitable and qualified person for the appointment to the office of Commissioner of Elections; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, pursuant to Election Law 3-204, that John P. Quigley, Kingston, New York, Republican Party, be appointed as Election Commissioner, starting on the 1st day of January 2021, and ending on the 31st day of December 2022,

 

and move its adoption.
