Chairwoman of the Ways and Means Committee, Lynn Archer, and Deputy Chair Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Finance; and 

         

           WHEREAS, Resolution No. 167 of April 28, 2020 authorized the Ulster County Commissioner of Finance to accept payment on a parcel of real property in the Village of Ellenville, tax map number 83.77-4-13, acquired by the County by reason of non-payment of taxes; and

 

          WHEREAS, Resolution No. 167 of April 28, 2020 also authorized the Chair of the Ulster County Legislature to make, execute and deliver a deed to Egan, Warren J. & Egan, Marie R., his wife; and

 

          WHEREAS, Warren J. Egan died on October 20, 1992 leaving subject property to his wife Marie R. Egan, who died on January 12, 2005; and

 

          WHEREAS, Burton Gulnick, Jr. has been appointed the Administrator of the Estate of Marie R. Egan, and it has been determined a deed should be issued to Burton Gulnick, Jr., CTA of the Estate of Marie R. Egan a/k/a Marie T. Egan, deceased; now, therefore be it

 

          RESOLVED, Resolution No. 167 of April 28, 2020, which authorized the Chair of the Ulster County Legislature to make, execute and deliver a deed to Egan, Warren J. & Egan, Marie R., be hereby rescinded,

 

and move its adoption.
