            WHEREAS, on November 5, 2018, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individual be reappointed to the Community Services Board:

WHEREAS, the County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has reappointed the following individual to the Community Services Board pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the term stated:
