Chairman of the Economic Development, Tourism, Housing, Planning, and Transit Committee, Brian J. Woltman, and Deputy Chair Lynn Archer offer the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section C-73 (A) of the Ulster County Charter and Section A15-1 (A) of the Administrative Code, the County Executive has appointed                                                      Alan Macaluso to the position of Director of Information Services for Ulster County; and

WHEREAS, further pursuant to Sections C-73 (A) and C-15 of the Ulster County Charter and Sections A15-1 (A) and A2-10 of the Administrative Code, the above-referenced appointment is now subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby confirms the appointment of Alan Macaluso to the position of Director of Information Services for Ulster County,

and move its adoption.
