            WHEREAS, on May 13, 2019, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individual be appointed to the Community Services Board’s Mental Health Subcommittee:

; and

WHEREAS, the Acting County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has appointed the following individual to the Community Services Board’s Mental Health Subcommittee pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the term stated:

            WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it
