Chairman Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offers the following:
WHEREAS, Frederick J. Wadnola’s appointment on the Ulster County
Resource Recovery Agency expired on December 31, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature has reappointed
Mr. Wadnola to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency to fill the term as
indicated below:

December 31, 2020
WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986,
Ch. 936) requires that such appointments must be subject to the confirmation of the
Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the reappointment
of the individual as set forth above as a member of the Ulster County Resource
Recovery Agency,
and move its adoption.
