Legislators Bartels, Heppner, Lapp, and Wawro)
Chairman Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offers the following:
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Resource Recovery
Agency due to the expired term of David Gordon; and
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature has reappointed
the following individual to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency for the
term as indicated below:
David Gordon Term: Present
Highland, New York 12528 through
December 31, 2019
WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986,
Ch. 936) requires that such appointment be subject to the confirmation of the Ulster
County Legislature; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the reappointment
of the individual as set forth above as a member of the Ulster County Resource
Recovery Agency,
and move its adoption.
