Chairman Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offers the following:

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Resource Recovery

Agency due to the expired term of Leon Smith; and

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Resource Recovery

Agency due to the expired term of Dominic Tagliafierro; and

WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature has appointed the

following individuals to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency for the term

as indicated below:

Brian Devine Term: Present

West Hurley, New York 12491 thru

 December 31, 2018

Jack Hayes Term: Present

Gardiner, New York 12525 thru

 December 31, 2018

WHEREAS, the legislation creating the Agency (Consolidated Laws of 1986,

Ch. 936) requires that such appointments be subject to the confirmation of the Ulster

County Legislature; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature confirms the appointments of

the individuals as set forth above as members of the Ulster County Resource

Recovery Agency,

and move its adoption.

(Absent: Legislators Briggs, Fabiano, Gerentine,
