Referred to: The Economic Development, Tourism, Housing, Planning and Transit
Committee (Chairman Briggs and Legislators Allen, Archer, Bartels, Litts, Maio, and
Maloney), and The Public Health and Social Services Committee (Chairman Lopez
and Legislators Allen, Belfiglio, Litts, and Provenzano)
Chairman of the Economic Development, Tourism, Housing, Planning, and Transit
Committee, Thomas J. Briggs, and Legislators Archer, Lopez and Maio offer the
following:
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Trails Advisory
Committee due to the resignation of Abigail Osgood, Esq.; and
WHEREAS, Hank Alicandri has written the Chair of the Trails Advisory
Committee expressing interest in serving on the Committee as a representative of the
Palisades Interstate Parks Commission; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster
County Trails Advisory Committee completing a term to expire on December 31,
2015:

Kerhonkson, NY 12446,
and move its adoption.
