Chairwoman of the Economic Development, Planning, Education, Employment, Arts and Agriculture Committee, Megan Sperry, and Deputy Chair Herbert Litts, III offer the following:
WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of SUNY Ulster; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 286, dated June 18, 2024, the establishment and funding of Capital Project No. 701, SUNY Ulster – Minor Critical Maintenance in the amount of $500,000.00; and
WHEREAS, due to the aging infrastructure SUNY Ulster is in the need of additional funding for minor critical maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the $500,000.00 cost to for handle minor critical maintenance in 2025, would be divided as follows: $250,000.00 State and 250,000.00 Ulster County; and
WHEREAS, the 2025-2030 Ulster County Capital Improvement Program included a fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 budget of $10,000,000.00 for SUNY – Site Work Improvements; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 701– SUNY Ulster Minor Critical Maintenance is hereby amended as follows:

Capital Project No. 701 SUNY Ulster - Minor Critical $500,000.00

and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the 2025 Ulster County Capital Fund Budget is hereby amended as follows:
