Rich Walls has spent the last 42 years of his life working in the Police profession, he has held the positions of Patrolman, School Resource Officer, Investigator and Sergeant. Rich is committed to adequate funding and training for Police, Fire and EMS personnel in Ulster County, believing that Public Safety is a pillar of civil society. He is an active member of Echo Grace Church, the Blue Knights New York Chapter XX and the Christian Medical & Dental Association. Rich has four grown children and two grandchildren, he lives in the Hamlet of Wallkill with his wife Monica.
