Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Human Rights Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS, on December 9, 2024, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individual be appointed to the Community Services Board’s Mental Health Subcommittee:

Gavin Walters

Clintondale, NY 12515; and

WHEREAS, the County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has appointed the following individual to the Community Services Board’s Mental Health Subcommittee pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the term stated:

WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the above named individual is hereby confirmed as a  member of the Ulster County Community Services Board’s Mental Health Subcommittee for the term indicated,     

and move its adoption.
