Referred to: The Public Works, Capital Projects and Transportation Committee (Chairwoman Petit and Legislators Erner, Fabiano, Litts, and Nolan), and The Ways and Means Committee (Chairman Gavaris and Legislators Cahill, Criswell, Roberts, and Ronk)
Chairwoman of the Public Works, Capital Projects and Transportation Committee, Laura Petit, and Deputy Chair Dean Fabiano offer the following:
WHEREAS this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and
WHEREAS the Ulster County Department of Public Works identified approximately five thousand, five hundred sixty-six (5,566) square feet (the “Licensed Area”) at 701 Grant Avenue, Lake Katrine, Town of Ulster, New York, which is currently occupied by Ulster County Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) for a server and IT room for the storage and maintenance of the Licensee’s servicers and ancillary computer technology with all utilities included at a cost of $1,000.00; and
WHEREAS, said License Agreement will be for a term of one (1) month commencing July 1, 2023 and ending July 31, 2023, with the cost of all utilities included in the aforementioned amount; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Ulster County Legislature is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, and any amendments thereto, with the Ulster County Board of Cooperative Educational Services, for the period July 1, 2023 through July 31, 2023, for said space at 701 Grant Avenue, Town of Ulster, New York in the form as filed with the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature or as modified with the approval of the County Attorney,
and move its adoption.
