Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano, and

Deputy Chair Manna Jo Greene offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Public Works – (Highways & Bridges); and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has been notified by the New

York State Department of Transportation of Extreme Winter Recovery funding for

Ulster County Road and Bridge repairs in the amount of $401,698 for the State fiscal

year 2018-2019, and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works requests the 2018 Extreme

Winter Recovery Appropriation account be increased in the amount of $401,698;

now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the 2018 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as

follows:

 INCREASE AMOUNT

DD.5112.5112.4100.4150 Materials/Additional Funding $401,698

and move its adoption.
