Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano, and

Deputy Chair Manna Jo Greene offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Public Works – (Highways & Bridges); and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has prepared the 2018 list of

Reconstruction of Various Roads in Ulster County; and

WHEREAS, the project expenditures in the amount of $425,000.00 for

Reconstruction of Various Roads, were approved in the 2018 – 2023 Capital

Program; and

 WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works requests that Capital Project

No. 525 be established and funded; now, therefore, be it

 RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 525 - Reconstruction of Various Roads

is hereby established as follows:

CREATE

Capital Project No. 525 Reconstruction of Various Roads $425,000.00

RESOLVED, that the 2018 Ulster County Capital Fund is hereby amended as

follows:

 INCREASE AMOUNT

HH.5197.0525.4100.4125 Capital Project No. 525 $425,000.00
