Legislators Mary Beth Maio, Hector Rodriguez, and Kenneth Ronk offer the

following:

WHEREAS, The Rules of Order of the Ulster County Legislature were

originally adopted in the year 1969; and

WHEREAS, said Rules of Order have been amended from time to time, with

the last major revision being adopted on July 23, 2013, and subsequently amended on

September 24, 2013, June 17, 2014, and April 21, 2015; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Rules of Order of the Ulster County Legislature in the

form last amended on April 21, 2015 are hereby adopted as the Rules governing this

Legislative Body and its proceedings for the years 2016 and 2017,

and moves its adoption.
