Chairman of the Public Health and Social Services Committee, Craig V. Lopez,

Deputy Chairman Jeanette Provenzano, and Legislators Allen, Archer, Bartels,

Briggs, Donaldson, Greene, Gregorius, Loughran, J. Parete, R. Parete, Rodriguez,

and Wishnick offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Mental Health; and

WHEREAS, the department has received notification from the New York

State Office of Mental Health (OMH) of the availability of additional funding in the

amount of $375,000.00 for the expansion of Mobile Mental Health Services as per

OMH State Aid letter dated January 8, 2015; and

WHEREAS, in order to reflect the increased funding an amendment of the

2015 budget is necessary; and

WHEREAS, there is no increase in County Contribution as a result of this

modifications; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the County Budget is hereby amended as follows:

INCREASE AMOUNT

AA-4322-2320-4600-4660 Other Misc Contractual $375,000

and move its adoption.
