Chairman of the Economic Development, Tourism, Housing, Planning and Transit

Committee, Thomas J. Briggs, and Deputy Chairman James F. Maloney offer the

following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Public Transportation; and

WHEREAS, an insurance recovery totaling $2,372.93 has been received in

connection with an automobile accident which caused damage to a Ulster County

Area Transit Ford Starcraft used by the Department of Public Transportation; and

WHEARAS, the funds will be used to cover the expense associated with the

repair of the damaged vehicle; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Transportation requests that the 2014

Ulster County Budget be modified accordingly; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2014 Ulster County Budget is amended as follows:

INCREASE AMOUNT

AA.5630.5901-4690.4690 Auto Repair $2,373.00
