Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Human Rights Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS, on December 9, 2024, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individuals be appointed to the Community Services Board:

Jessica Merck

Kingston, NY 12401;

Gavin Walters

Clintondale, NY 12525; and

WHEREAS, the County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has appointed the following individuals to the Community Services Board pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the term stated:

Jessica Merck                                       Term to Begin: Present

Kingston, NY 12401                              Term Expires: 12/31/2025

                                                            Eligible Reappt:  Yes;

Gavin Walters                                       Term to Begin: Present

Clintondale, NY 12525                          Term Expires: 12/31/2028

                                                            Eligible Reappt:  Yes; and

WHEREAS, the appointments are subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the above named individuals are hereby confirmed as  members of the Ulster County Community Services Board for the terms indicated,     

and move its adoption.
