Chair of the Legislature, Peter J. Criswell, offers the following:

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 63 of 1968, the designation of the Community Action Committee was authorized; and

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Ulster County Community Action Bylaws, one-third of the membership of their Board of Directors is designated by the Ulster County Legislature; and

 

WHEREAS, due to expiration of terms, it is now necessary to reappoint members to the Ulster County Community Action Committee, Inc., Board of Directors; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby reappoints the following members to the Ulster County Community Action Committee, Inc., Board of Directors, for the term commencing immediately and expiring December 31, 2025:
