Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS, on August 12, 2024, the Community Services Board met and requested the following individuals be appointed to the Community Services Board’s Substance Abuse Subcommittee:

Terrence Conklin

Connelly, NY 12417;

Dominic Marino

Highland, NY 12528; and

WHEREAS, the County Executive, after considering the recommendation of the Community Services Board, has appointed the following individuals to the Community Services Board’s Substance Abuse Subcommittee pursuant to section C-45 of the Ulster County Charter and section A6-3(A) of the Ulster County Administrative Code for the term stated:

WHEREAS, the appointments are subject to confirmation by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the above named individuals are hereby confirmed as  members of the Ulster County Community Services Board’s Substance Abuse Subcommittee for the terms indicated,   

and move its adoption.
