Chairman of the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee, Abe Uchitelle, and Deputy Chair Craig V. Lopez offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted at the request of the County Executive on behalf of the Ulster County Department of Mental Health; and

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Department of Mental Health has received notification from the City of Kingston that full funding in the amount of $99,311.00 is available to sub-contract through the Ulster County Department of Mental Health with Access Supports for Living, Inc. to support the Kingston Mobile Mental Health Team; and

          WHEREAS, to fully utilize the funding, an amendment of the 2024 budget is necessary to increase the approved operating budget from $49,656.00 to $99,311.00 for the program: and

          WHEREAS, there is no increase in County Contribution as a result of this extension; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2024 Ulster County Operating Budget is hereby amended as follows:
