Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Lynn Eckert, and Deputy Chair Kenneth Ronk, Jr. offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the Ulster County Sheriff; and

WHEREAS, Self-Insurance has received the following funds in an insurance claim reimbursement for Sheriff’s Office vehicles damaged in the course of duty; and

WHEREAS, an insurance recovery totaling $20,966.00 has been received in connection with a Sheriff’s URGENT Division 2014 Ford F150 (Check # 0000102106 dated 8/8/19 for $20,966.00 lost in an accident on 6/11/19); and

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff submits to have the following funds moved to the URGENT Vehicle line from the Self Insurance – Insurance Recoveries Revenue Line; and

WHEREAS, the funds will be used to cover the expense associated with the replacement of the vehicle, which was expended from the URGENT Forfeiture vehicle line; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2019 Ulster County Budget is amended as follows:
