Chairwoman of the Ways and Means Committee, Lynn Archer, and Deputy Chair Richard A. Gerentine offer the following:

WHEREAS, this Resolution is submitted by the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Personnel; and

            WHEREAS, the County’s outside labor attorney, Roemer, Wallens, Gold, and Mineaux, and members of the Executive Staff have negotiated a Memorandum of Agreement covering the period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 with the Ulster County Sheriff’s Association, and recommends the agreement to the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby approves the Memorandum of Agreement covering the period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019, between the County of Ulster and the Ulster County Sheriff’s Association; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Ulster County Sheriff’s Association, in accordance with the executed Memorandum of Agreement; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the 2019 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
