Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Lynn Eckert, and Deputy Chair Kenneth Ronk, Jr. offer the following:

WHEREAS, the County Labor Attorney William Wallens and members of the Executive Staff have negotiated a Memorandum of Agreement covering the period January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019 with the Ulster County Deputy Sheriff’s   Police Benevolent Association, Inc., and recommends the agreement to the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby approves the Memorandum of Agreement covering the period January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019, between the County of Ulster and the Ulster County Deputy Sheriff’s Police Benevolent Association, Inc; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Ulster County Deputy Sheriff’s Police Benevolent Association, Inc., in accordance with the executed Memorandum of Agreement, and be it further

RESOLVED, that the 2019 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
