Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Lynn Eckert, and Deputy Chair Kenneth Ronk, Jr. offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the Ulster County Sheriff; and

 

WHEREAS, the Office of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Foundation has offered for donation a 2010 Cougar Trailer for use during Opioid Response As County Law Enforcement (“ORACLE”) program operations; and

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Sheriff requests that the donation of the 2010 Cougar Trailer be approved by the Ulster County Legislature; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the County of Ulster, by and through the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, is hereby authorized to accept a donation of the 2010 Cougar Trailer from the Office of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Foundation,

 

and move its adoption.
