Chairwoman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Laura Petit, and Deputy Chair Dean J. Fabiano offer the following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on behalf of the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the 2019-2024 Capital Improvement Program contains a Fairgrounds Improvements Capital Project to fund design for infrastructure improvements at the Ulster County Fairgrounds; and

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Fairgrounds has aging infrastructure and the county desires to improve the current infrastructure conditions; and

WHEREAS, a request for proposal has been issued to upgrade the septic, gray water, domestic water, and water storage systems with any changes in electric that may be required; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that Capital Project No. 550 is hereby established as follows:

and, be it further

            RESOLVED, the 2019 Ulster County Capital Fund Budget is hereby amended as follows:
