Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Lynn Eckert, and Deputy Chair Kenneth Ronk, Jr. offer the following:

WHEREAS, there is currently no representation from the Town of Rosendale on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; and

WHEREAS, on March 27, 2019, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board met and recommended appointing Peter M. Soule as the Town of Rosendale representative to the Fire Advisory Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board completing a term to expire on December 31, 2019:

and move its adoption.
