Chairman of the Laws and Rules, Governmental Services Committee, Kevin A.

Roberts, and Deputy Chair David B. Donaldson offer the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section C-106 of the Ulster County Charter and

Section A33-2 of the Administrative Code: “There shall be a Board of Ethics

consisting of five members appointed by the County Executive, subject to the

confirmation of the County Legislature. Board of Ethics members shall serve

without compensation and at the pleasure of the County Executive. No more than

two members shall be of the same political party. Members of the Board of Ethics

shall receive no compensation for services rendered but shall be entitled to their

reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, within

appropriations made for such purposes,” and

WHEREAS, the County Executive has re-appointed the following individual

to the Board of Ethics:

Marjorie Rovereto

Kingston, New York 12401

(Term 01/01/2019 – 12/31/2023)

now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby confirms the reappointment of Marjorie Rovereto to the Ulster County Board of Ethics,

and move its adoption.
