Chairman of the Legislative Programs, Education and Community Services

Committee, David B. Donaldson, and Deputy Chair Heidi Haynes, offer the

following:

 WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to be held concerning the proposed

budget of Ulster County Community College for the fiscal year commencing on

September 1, 2018; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that said Public Hearing is to be held on Tuesday, June 12,

2018, at 6:30 PM, in the College Lounge, Vanderlyn Hall, Ulster County Community

College, Stone Ridge, New York; and, be it further

RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Legislature shall cause a legal notice of

said Public Hearing to be published according to law,

and moves its adoption.
