Chairman of the Public Works and Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano, and

Deputy Chairman Peter M. Loughran offer the following:

WHEREAS, the County Executive has submitted this resolution on behalf of

the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has been notified by the New

York State Department of Transportation of a decrease in PAVE-NY funding for

Ulster County road pavement projects in the amount of $790.64 for the State fiscal

year 2017-2018; and

WHEREAS, there exists a 2016 PAVE-NY budget balance of $.09 to be

rolled over into the 2017 Budget; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works requests the 2017 PAVE-NY

appropriation and revenues be decreased by $790.55 ($.09 rollover minus $790.64

decrease); and

RESOLVED, that the 2017 Ulster County Budget is hereby amended as

follows:
