Chairman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Thomas J. Briggs,

Deputy Chairman Ronald G. Lapp, Jr., and Legislator Lopez offer the following:

 

 WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board due

to the resignation of Charles Karstens; and

 WHEREAS, on March 29, 2017, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board met

and recommended appointing David Weeks as the Town of New Paltz representative

to the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster

County Fire Advisory Board completing a term to expire on December 31, 2017:

 David Weeks

 New Paltz, NY 12561,

 

and move its adoption.
