Chairman Kenneth J. Ronk, Jr. offers the following:

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter for the County of Ulster: “ARTICLE

XXXIV, Periodic Compensation Review Committee, § C-108. Establishment;

membership; compensation, “There is hereby established a Periodic Compensation

Review Committee for Ulster County. The Committee shall consist of five members

of whom three members shall be selected by the County Legislature with at least one

member from the party with the second most number of legislative members”; and

WHEREAS, two vacancies currently exist on the Periodic Compensation

Review Committee that must be filled in order for the Committee to fulfill its

obligations under the Charter; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Ulster County Legislature hereby appoints the following

individuals to the Periodic Compensation Review Committee for the terms as

indicated:

Gerald Benjamin Term: Present

New Paltz, NY 12561 thru

(Reappointment) March 31, 2019

Alex Danon Term: Present

Wallkill, NY 12589 thru

(Appointment) March 31, 2020

and moves its adoption.
