Chairman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, Thomas J. Briggs,

Deputy Chairman Ronald G. Lapp, Jr., and Legislator Lopez offer the following:

 

 WHEREAS, currently there is no representative of the Town of Marbletown

serving on the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; and

 WHEREAS, the Ulster County Fire Advisory Board has recommended

appointing Justin VanWagenen as the Town of Marbletown representative to the

Ulster County Fire Advisory Board; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Ulster

County Fire Advisory Board serving a term to expire on December 31, 2017:

and move its adoption.
