Chairman of the Laws and Rules Governmental Services Committee, Kevin A.

Roberts, and Deputy Chairman David B. Donaldson offer the following:

 

WHEREAS, the Ulster County Board of Elections has offered the School

Districts in Ulster County the use of polling equipment, material and staff for use in

the May 17, 2016 Ulster County School District elections; and

WHEREAS, the equipment will at all times remain property of Ulster County

and the Ulster County Board of Elections; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature is hereby

authorized to sign agreements, and amendments thereto, with the School Districts in

Ulster County for the use of polling equipment, material and staff for the May 17,

2016 Ulster County School District elections, in the form as filed with the Clerk of

the Ulster County Legislature, or as modified with the approval of the County

Attorney,

and move its adoption.
