Chairman of the Economic Development, Tourism, Housing, Planning and Transit

Committee, Thomas J. Briggs, and Deputy Chairman James F. Maloney offer the

following:

WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on

behalf of the Department of Public Transportation; and

WHEREAS, revenue from bus advertising totaling $3,750.00 has been

received; and

WHEREAS, the revenue will be used to buy bus parts and equipment as per

Federal Transit Administration regulations; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Transportation requests that the 2015

Ulster County Budget be modified accordingly; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the 2015 Ulster County Budget is amended as follows:

INCREASE AMOUNT

AA.5630.5901-4000.4005 Auto (Bus) Parts $3,750.00

and move its adoption.
